I thought I'd bump this thread. I've been taking calcium citrate powder and melatonin for five days. So far, so good: my symptoms have been extremely mild to non-existent over that period. However, I normally only have one bad day every seven to ten days, so it's too early to tell whether these supplements are making a difference. I'll post an update next week.
