So you mean just take out rice out of my diet or replace my other carbs with rice instead? I do eat rice but I still feel bloated.
My symptoms are manageable but still bothersome
I burp the whole day even before I eat and after, feel bloated when I eat sometimes... Then when I wake up i do get some acid depending if I sleep propped up in my bed.
What I don't eat.........
Soda
Fatty foods
Carbonated drinks
Tea
Chillie
Tomatoes-use to eat them but cut them out
Dark Chocolate-once every 2 weeks one small piece
What I do eat.....
Breakfast- Oatmeal with blueberrie/bananas
Brunch-Cereal Bars/Mixed nuts
Lunch-many times sandwich tky based with swiss with spinach
Dinner-varies
beans, rice, chicken, tortillas, chicken hot dogs, quesadillas, but no fried foods.. Sometimes and apple or papaya.
Only drink water
I have been reading that if you cut down on carbs you can eliminate GERD...Idk, I think that book "Heartburn no more" talks about this to eliminate the real cause..but I dont have the book cant afford it.
So I am not sure what else to do..
As of now I am trying Mastic Gum
Have you or anyone tried plant base enzymes for digestion like "CompleteGest" does this help?
I heard so many "cures" aloe vera, papaya extract enzymes, digestive enzymes, also research what can protect your esophaugas a natural fruit, Black Raspberries they were studied at the University of Ohio...for those are looking to protect their esophaugas..Google Black Raspberries and the studies for it at Ohio...
I bough the past/jam all natural but I think frozen or fresh are better but not sure where to get it in Los Angeles?
I went to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Sprouts ...whole foods had the paste and teas...
Finally-I want to try the low carb but I am not to thrilled because I weigh about 145 and 5'8 so i would lose weight...any thoughts or suggestions ppl. thanks glad I found this place.
