Hey guys,

Mondays seem to be hard on me lately. I wake up, feel a soreness on the middle of your chest.
I hate Mondays, every time I wake up I am remind that another week has passed and I still sick with GERD.

I wish i could shake off the Monday blues faster!

I just had to vent a little this morning!

Hang in there! Tomorrow's Tuesday, so you will have about 6 days to enjoy until another Monday rolls around. :P

Improve your Monday by starting off with a good breakfast and a workout. Best way to start the week!

Jesse,

Mondays are  considered as depressing or blue because it is a workday in contrast to the relaxation of the weekend.

So make today about taking the blues out of Mondays and look at today as the first day of the rest of your life................ Smiles.

Hi Jesse,

Sorry you had a rough day yesterday. I remember those days when everyday seemed like a Monday, and be in disbelief that I still had not found relief. At least today is Tuesday now, I'm glad to see you were already feeling better last night! turn

Hi Sewfun,

The worse part of GERD is when you feel like your making progress, then you get feel like did 2 steps back.

The mental aspects of this sickness are difficult at times.
