Hi Kitt,Glad to hear your husband is home. Hopefully after he is healed all will be well with his heart. I always get a funny echocardiogram because of my asthma. Every time I've had one before surgery, I had to get it done again with my PCP who is familiar with my results. Apparently lungs can press against the heart in some way, and asthma sufferers can have a funny wave.
Bill,
Sorry about your fall. Believe me, I understand the feeling. On our vacation I got up to go to the bathroom and bumped into the bottom of the bed, tearing my (thin due to steroids) skin on my leg. I bled everywhere and had to do first aid with steri strips to place the skin back where it was meant to be.
Don't we take shortcuts so we don't disturb others? Both of us should either use a flashlight or turn on a light!
I certainly hope that you recover quickly!
Sandi,
I have been having back trouble which keeps me from spending as much time on the computer. Hence the fact that I've been MIA around here. I do keep busy between helping my son who teaches third grade...I go in to his room once a week and do a lot of things for him at home as well. I also prepare for and tutor one day a week. On top of that, our sweet little grandson spends two full days with us every week. I suspect that his little 22 pounds of love have been a bit hard on my back. I'm going to go to PT to get some exercises and try to get back to normal. I have had a herniated disk and I don't want to go there again!
Joy,
Hope you're feeling better and your kidneys are behaving themselves.
Take care everyone!
(((Hugs)))
