Hi Alexis,Take it easy with raw veggies. They can be very irritating to your wrap. I'd recommend going with cooked vegetables...and even those should be cooked until they are soft. Try the slow cooker...put some beef or chicken, carrots, potatoes, celery and whatever else you like, add about a cup of water, season, and cook it for 10-12 hours on low. It'll taste delicious, and be very soft and easy to chew and swallow.
An acquaintance who'd had the surgery two years before me told me that it was a good way to get nutrition during the healing stage. I did it and found it a wonderful meal, tasty and very easy to handle.
Best wishes,
Denise
