how to properly take apple cider vinegar and what brand aloe vera juice

i got some apple cider vinegar to help me get off ppis

what is the best way to take this

does it burn your throat going down?

any ill affects?


and what brand aloe vera juice is good for reflux i dont want one that has a laxative affect i tried georges but i feel it does nothing

Be careful with the vinegar. I have read some people have had some bad pains after drinking it. I think you are supposed to dilute it or something. I hope someone comes along who has tried it. sorry I don't have any answers for you.

when i tried it the one time i diluted it with water alot of water at that and it was still too much to bare dont know if i did something wrong or im just sensitive

i just ordered it in capsules form to give that a shot

ahh well ill have the capsules in hand tomorrow so hopefully dont hurt if it does then on to the next thing

I put a couple tablespoons of ACV in a glass of water. The taste isn't great, but you get used to it. And I don't know what brand of aloe vera juice, but you want to be sure it's organic and all natural. Probably anything from a health food store would be good. Actually, I have the same brand as Adam mentioned--Lily of the Desert.
