It's more than reflux, isn't it?

This is my 4th post, so i'm still learning about GERD and other systems and conditions that go along with it. A little refresher about my condition. Gerd, Hiatal hernia and low grade displaysia. My concerns are this, i've been on omeprazole now for 5 months, it controls most of my acid reflux but not reflux in general. I regurgitate after every meal, sometimes most of what i eat sometimes just a little. Occasionally it contains a little blood. Now is that i'm having shortness of breath and severe pain in my lower back(right side) that wraps around to my groin area. I'm wondering if this is related to my condition or separate. I had pancreatitis last year and my gall bladder removed the year before. Now that i'm done whining, has anyone had anything similar along with their GERD?

The change from normal to premalignant cells that indicate Barrett's esophagus does not cause any particular symptoms. Barrett's esophagus, however, is associated with the following symptoms:
frequent and longstanding heartburn
trouble swallowing (dysphagia)
vomiting blood (hematemesis)
pain under the breastbone where the esophagus meets the stomach
unintentional weight loss because eating is painful

This could be your Barrett's acting up. I'd see my doctor as soon as possible.
