Prilosec and Dizzyness?

Hi guys, have been taking Prilosec and after I take it and when it starts to kick in I feel slightly dizzy for a while. I was on 20mg of Nexium before that and i get random dizziness throughout the day where I couldn't concentrate on my work, so I got a lowered dose of another medication. The Prilosec dizzyness doesnt't bother me, as its for only like 20-30min and its very mild.

Does this medication lower blood pressure or something?

Yes I get low blood pressure on PPIs and also mine makes me slighty anaemic. Worth ruling out other causes of dizziness though - ask about getting your blood pressure checked and routine blood tests to make sure it's just a side effect. The dizziness was less of a problem for me after taking the PPI for a while.
