Hi there:
New on the board. Hello folks. I have been feeling like crap for the last couple months. Having troubles breathing. At first all the time, but now only have meals, or a few hours later when my body wants a meal. Sitting down after dinner is very uncomfortable. Lots of noises in my chest. Vibrations coming from the esophagus etc. Also, I have PVC's usually when bloated or gassy. I notice they are worse when sitting in a recliner or lying in bed. The first few minutes I am in bed, I have a few and then they calm down. I am bloated constantly, and dont each much anymore. Is it possible for your bloated diaphragm or hernia to annoy your heart when lying down or in a semi-reclining position?
I went to my GP and he said it sounds an awful lot like a hiatus hernia. I had gone to ER earlier thinking it was my heart as was told I was fine. I am not on any PPIs or anything yet. Tried one for a few days and made me feel really anxious, so I got off them. Going in to see how big it is. One thing I have noticed is since I have lost weight, the symptoms are not as bad. I can breathe a little better.
Does anyone else experience positional PVC's with a hiatus hernia?
Thanks.
Jeff
