Sleeping without an incline/worst case scenario? advice pls

Hi everybody,

I am staying at a friend in DC for a job interview tomorrow and figured I'd load up cushions on the couch. Now that I get here I see that the couch has sewn in cushions that have almost no cushion anyway. Brutal...I have no idea how I'll be able to get any sleep here, let alone inclined. Anybody have any advice? This is gonna suck...

Don't eat or drink 4 hrs before bed. Eat the dinner light (less sugar, less carbohydrates) Take a walk after dinner. Make sure dinner is digested well before bed . 1 hrs before bed take Zantac 150 with very little water. Zantac hopefully will be good to 6 to 8 hrs.
