I've been experiencing GERD symptoms fairly consistently for at least 6 months. I'm 5'9" 180 pounds. I've been trying to manage it as naturally as possible (no more garlic veggie pizza, etc...). I've read that weight loss is supposed to be one of the lifestyle changes that helps. I know I could stand to loose a few pounds, but I'm wondering how much is weight loss is needed to really make a difference in reflux symptoms. Is it 5, 10, 20 lbs, etc? I'm trying to decide if it's even worth it (especially with the holidays coming up
