Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good pillow wedge for me? Haven't bought before, but figured it would be nice to sleep in a bed again. Also, I typically sleep on my side.

I purchased a $80 wedge pillow. It did not help me with my reflux. Instead of wedge pillow try out bed risers.

I find hera patio blocks work as well. I stack three on each side which raises the head of my bed by 7.5 inches. You can pick them up at any local farm and garden center for about $1.50 US each.

If you want to ensure your floors are not damaged they sell bed risers at target, walmart, kmart, or bed and beyond.

The wedge is not that great because you wind up bending at the waist causing pressure on your stomach thus reflux rises. Also you back can cause problems being bent so all night.

My wedge pillow I got from amazon. It has helped me, as long as I sleep on my left side while on the wedge. It is kinda tough to get used to but now I am used to it.

I do sleep alone.
My mother and father have their bed raised. If mom slides down she just climbs right back up. :}}
