Ask for an manometry test. It will test your muscle response in your esophagus. Also ask for a barium swallow. They can record how food goes down.

You are probably having acid bouncing back up messing with your windpipe too. That can damage the epiglottis letting food get into your lungs.

Couchtater, I surely will insist on manometry test thnx for advice but u know the problem is, that gastroscopy showed that my muscle is tense an there was no open space between muscle and instrument....or do you mean some other muscle which can be weak too ?!
And what makes u think that the food gets stuck in the LUNGS ? I used to think once a small peace of food gets stuck in the lungs u r out of breath or even dead )

You might have nutcracker esophagus. It's a spasming of the esophagus.

It doesn't go down into the lungs it is just enough to drip into the voice box causing the choking problems. You cough it out when you cough.

The manometry test measures your muscle movements in your esophagus. You have two movements: Squeeze and relax. The movements cause the food to go down like squeezing a popsicle out of the package. If you don't squeeze right or relax right it can cause choking problems. Nutcracker esophagus is when the esophagus goes into squeeze mode but can't relax proper.

The sourness comes from the acid in your esophagus. PPIs just lower the acid levels it doesn't stop it from coming up. If it stopped acid you couldn't digest your food.

yes I have laryngitis and it might be only this which cause my swallowing probs...I mean maybe no reflux....but evrth is quite weird...
I see my ENT doc regullary I have the next appointment on 14th of December but maybe I will try on Wednsday cause I want to do some allergy tests as well...It is strange because I actually had no cough till today....Since today I feel some need to cough or even some strange feeling in my throat or airways....
Actually the whole crap started in July as I used a very toxic shampoo and felt strange in my airways. It scared me to death i was out of breath, called a doc to come, he came and diagnosed me with allergy by looking into my throat....After that I was took to hospital and got a lot of infusions so the next day I had no allergic signs in my blood but laryngitis...At that time I even did not care about that I could eat normally and never had any troubles with my stomach (neither have them now).It took me a month to breath normally again and not like a fish on the shore surface. (The docs said I was absolutely healthy and that was just my psycho). Then I moved to Germany, got married, had stress with marriage etc. and then during my honeymoon my swallowing problem came up. Now I have the feeling of lump in throat, laringitis (since last summer) and of course depression. All the ENTs mean my laryngitis comes from reflux and my GI means my scopes are all ok (I did barrium swallowing in July evrth was perfect but I had no problems then). Sorry for a long story. Just posting it here, maybe somebody would have smth to say on the issue.

I will talk to the docs once again and will demand some prooves...evrth they done till now was just send me "from one to another doc". Belljar, this is a good example that u have got rid of it. Do u still have some problems and whether u are on diet now?
I bought me a book of Kaufman via amazon but actually I found out there are many things included in diet which are restricted in such cases in my country ( I originate from Ukraine) like f. e. mushrooms, beans, and evrth fried is actually NO WAY
