These are both issues for me as well. I hadn't worked out for a while and just went back to the gym the last 2 days. One day I did kickboxing and the other I did a cycling class. These were my worst days with the throat burning and I didn't eat anything bad or anything that has been a trigger for me! It makes me sad to think I won't be able to exercise like that anymore. What kinds of exercises CAN we do?
I feel fine in the morning.....that is, until I eat or even take a few sips of water with my medication.
It just seems with GERD/Acid Reflux we are so limited in what we can do and what we can eat. I've been really depressed lately. I think my husband is tired of me complaining.
