Hi Carl,First, I'm so sorry that nobody responded to your early December post! When I saw what you were dealing with and noticed you'd never had a response, I felt very badly! In this post you said you're doing better. Does this mean your spasms have subsided? I hope so!
Sorry to hear about the insominia. I've never heard of autogenics, but it certainly makes lots of sense. I use a relaxation technique when I go to sleep as well, as my mind will just take off with me if I don't consciously shut it off. I know insomnia is extremely frustrating, and can create a vicious cycle and thus get a life of its own.
