We'll be waiting to hear from you when you feel up to it after surgery, so you can be welcomed into the Wrapped Club!  You'll do fine...try not to worry!  Soon you'll be on the "other side" ready to start the healing and begin a better quality of life.

You can get "Nourishment" liquid meal supplements in most supermarkets here in the UK (in cans next to the milkshakes) if you are stuggling for calories in the first few weeks, and you might want to get in some Wind-Eze to help with bloating.

Was cancelled 12 hours before! Knew i praised the NHS too soon. To say i'm disapointed is me being restrained. So upset...................

Dear AnotherDay,

What a bummer!  Good luck getting it rescheduled very soon.  I can imagine how frustrating it must be to get yourself all ready for the experience and have it swept away 12 hours before its scheduled time.  Hopefully they'll get another one scheduled very soon.  We'll be here to support you through it all!

Sorry to hear this. I had this happen a couple times back in 2011. You get yourself all prepared and nothin! Hope they can get you back in soon.

So sorry to hear your surgery was postpone just 12 hrs before, I had the same thing happen and ended up having the surgery 2 weeks later but it was very upsetting.

I hope you get surgery scheduled and everything goes well.
