Hello will be week five on Monday and I was wondering what I could eat . I'm so sick of pasta and the scary part is I'm never hungry or don't get the full feeling. I never know when to stop eating I try to just limit my self to a small portion. Never hungry or full my stomach is very noisy when the smell of food is in the air but I'm never actually hungry. Dr said chop meat, pasta, eggs, and little bites of chicken. But I feel like it all hurts when swallowing. I'm scared to eat also I don't want to mess up my wrap. Please help. Also when can I have a real cup of coffee? Can I start to do some sit-ups I feel like I lost all this weight can I tone my body now ha ha
