Hi Life is Good,I also had dumping syndrome. As Bill said, it's common with stomach surgery. I found I got it whenever I ate something that irritated my wrap. However, One Day at a Time is right about sweets triggering dumping syndrome. I more episodes early on, then they gradually became fewer and fewer. They continued through the first year (seldom) and figured it was a quirk I'd have to live with. Then sometime in the second year I suddenly realized I wasn't having it at all. That's why I always say I continued to see improvement into the second year post-op.
