Dry mouth/ Dry Throat/ LPR?

Hey everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone who had LPR woke up with no saliva or little saliva in your mouth with white coated tongue, I tried water, gum, and it's better in morning and gets worse during the day, like when I eat or drink it dries it out, just wondering is this from refluxing from enzymes, bile, pepsin? It feels like the back my mouth and throat has knives cutting through it or sandpaper being rubbed against

hahahaah yeah but that's the funny thing the water dries out my mouth even more no mater what it is, because after I drink i burp and it brings up more pepsin/bile which dries more of my mouth and I found the alkaline water to dry me out, funny how it does that right? when it's suppose to kill the pepsin? I think I might faint tomorrow cause it's Sunday (doctor offices are closed, and confused where to go to because no one really knows what LPR can do to someone even my own ENT said oh LPR doesn't do that, uh yes it does pepsin/bile leaves white yellow coating on tongue, acid leaves sour taste) and I know eating is not important but water is (so if I can't drink I will be extremely dehydrated).
