Hi Lady G.....I am having a partial wrap the same day as you are....14th May...so will be interested to see how we both go after it...I am 67 and was wondering what age you are? Also I live in Australia, where are you?

Hi Sandy -

My surgery has been pushed up to this Monday May 6, 2013. I am living this weekend like it is my last because I believe my life as I know it (being always sick and tired) will be over and I will have a better quality of life.

I am 46 and I live in NJ. I have decided to post a journal of my recovery here. I am due to go into surgery at 1pm so depending on how I wake up.....is when I will post.

Hi Lady G,

I have been following your post. Wanted to let you know that I'm praying for smooth sailing and a speedy recovery for you! Good luck tomorrow! I look forward to reading your journal. I to will be faced with this surgery one day but am holding off as long as I can with daily Zantac and a mild sedative to ease the anxiety of reflux and the daily nightmare we live in. Keep us
