Incompetent Cardia****Antral Gastritis

Hello Guys,

I have been here for a couple of days since i joined this forum reading a lot of post which i relate most of the topics about GERD/Heartburn.
Last March i feel most of the symptoms of Heartburn..I went to see several doctors and they all said it's acid reflux since then i was in a different PPI med Pantoprazole, Lansoprazole, omeprazole, domperidone, gaviscon but only give a short relief. Im also on a very strict diet avoiding oily, fatty, spicy, acidic food etc..that cause for losing my weight. Yesterday i had an Upper GI Endoscopy and the report said.."upward displacement, z-line is located about 38cm from incisors teeth, regular, No GERD, No H.H (Hiatal Hernia) JUST INCOMPETENT CARDIA and also multiple Biopsies taken for lab which the result not ready yet.

She explains me it's seem like it weaken my LES when foods pass on my esophagus it remains open that makes the gas to back up. As per the Upper G.I Endoscopy Report the biopsy location: Antral gastric mucosa.
