Yes, Reglan (metaclopramide) can lower blood pressure. You may want to read the above information - note Reglan shouldn't be taken long term, no longer than 3 months due to neurological side effects. I think there are alternatives that you may wish to discuss with your doctor.

Watch out for twitches, like facial tics. Sometimes those don't go away after stopping this med.

I never had the blood pressure effect, and I'm not sure how dose-specific the neurological issues are, but believe it or not, I was on it 3+ years and never had any problems at all.  I went off (well before I had my surgery) because I never thought it made much difference.  It is true that it can cause some neurological tics, but I suspect lowest doses are not as likely to cause problems.

I'm glad it's helping you!  My PCP was the one who prescribed it for me, and he was always hopeful it would make a difference.  My reflux was making my lungs unhealthy, and his hope was that quicker stomach emptying would reduce my reflux.  I took it for a long time, but just didn't think it was making a difference.  I'm glad to hear it's making a difference for you!
