I don't eat most of the ones I read about
. The only chocolate I like are protein bars and since I haven't eatten them alone (aways part of a meal) I don't yet know if it is a trigger.
Elimination diet?
I'm also confused because I thought the term hot foods always meant spicy. But I tried a glass of hot herbal tea today and found my throat starting to feel the 'hearburn' type of burning. But normal hot temperature of dinners and foods doesn't affect it.
Any advice on finding specific triggers would be helpful.
Also, I know I am very blessed to be able to eat some of these things and that many of you can't. So I don't mean to sound like a complainer. I'm just a person with a lot of questions.
