Hi All,
I have chronic sinus along with my GERD. It is non-allergenic, meaning seasonal stuff in the air doesn't bother me. Anti-histamines do not help, Nasal Steroids don't help, Sudafed is about the only thing that does help.
The first doctor who put me on PPIs 10+ years ago was an ENT because he saw how red my throat was.
Since then reflux has become as much of a problem as sinus.
I also cannot seem to pinpoint a food to the problem (although junk/processed food does make it worse).
I'm wondering if anyone out there who has had surgery has seen improvement in any Sinus/Ear/Post Nasal Drip problems?
My GI doctor said the surgery would help control the reflux and said it MIGHT control the LPR and Sinus problems.
