Bad reflux day on 1/1...

Dry heaved all day into the evening. Alcohol has, only very rarely, caused issues with my GERD, but it would seem to be the cause of this. (NYE) I just heaved, and heaved, and heaved... Now, my insides are sore and I am still a bit nauseous. I've been taking my Nexium x2/day and have even started Gaviscon to help with the soreness. Yesterday I didn't have nausea at all, but last night and this morning it was pretty bad.

I am thinking it's due to the soreness and lingering acid. Any idea how long this'll last? I guess like any other muscle strains, it'll be a few days.

Not the flu, but I am also getting over a Chronic Sinus Infection. I guess maybe the perfect storm? Chest is sore, sides are sore, insides are sore... Sort of like I just rain a marathon in sub-zero weather.

This afternoon isn't so bad. I am on the East Coast and we got that snow storm. Spent a few hours digging out and that actually wasn't bad. Got the blood moving.
