peptest in US

Hey I was wondering if anyone on here from the US has done the peptest, and if so, how long it took to do the whole process?

Rdbiomed.com has info on the test and it is very easy to do but expensive. (about $180?) You use Paypal for payment in advance and they mail you the tubes and instructions and you spit in tubes and send back to England. They email you results promptly. The expense is due to cost of getting samples back to UK promptly. We also did this test and the Restech too. docs were not interested at all in peptest. We did this for our own knowledge. thanks, im shying away from the peptest, since upon contacting restech, i actually found that the hospital system that i use (kaiser perminente) actually has a restech that i might be able to have used on me, and restech is actually going to contact them for me tommorow, crossing my fingers.

If your hospital system has the Restech then that is surely in your favor. It probably means that the results will be used in properly diagnosing your problem. Mayo didn't have the Restech, which is why we had to travel on two different days for it.
