Thanks. I am also in a process of recovery and saw someone amazing - and although I cannot confirm if I am fully recovered yet, I no longer have chest pain or tightness, acid reflux, Gerd, bloated brping to relieve chest pressure... no more disturbing esophageal spasms (that were prolly affecting my heart).
yesterday and today I finally noticed real improvement for the first time in 2 years. I have seen a world-renowned naturopath in Toronto - all merely based on coincidence as it was not really my intention to see a naturopath after the first one I saw at IHI Toronto which had a very young and inexperienced one and helped only minimally.
The clinic was just an allergy clinic which also had a naturopath doing the consultation. And I just went there for the allergy test after having a serious episode of chest pain/spasms from rye bread. Which made my upper stomach twist on itself and I couldn't breathe. (anyone had that before?).
Anyways it involved a free consultation. And this guy was the first guy in all the medical or natural medical profession who knew what he was talking about. He did some very intricate fiddling around with his hands and a lot of fiddling around the gallbladder area and also the liver area. Right away he knew the problem and show me a picture of what he had to clear out of the previous persons gallbladder. That guy who saw him with the exact same conditions as I. Sludge-like stuff and deposits to come out of the gall bladder.
He said the problem is caused by that messed up gallbladder and a poorly functioning liver which all causes "referred pain" and the deep bupring and further caused by an abnorally enlarged cross section of I think the upper cross colon or intestine or whatever the one going across is -pushing the stomach upwards, and also the gallbladder and liver referring pain to the esophagus causing the spasms, burping also in combination with this. Also caused inflamed stomach and possibly a bit of esophageal inflammation which could have led to more acute gastritis.
The reason for this was all the sugar I ate in life, and from drinking this processed milk we all drink and having whey protein shakes for sports, as well as all the other crap and fast food and msg-based foods I ate. Combined with stress, anxiety, and other poor habits. But mostly the dairy and the whey and especially the sugar and fried food.
He said my gallbladder needs to be cleansed and has its good juice depleted and my liver is also poorly functioning at the moment because of this. He apparently fixes people with this chest pain/gerd/reflux all the time.
He said in one month I will not have these issues anymore after he fixes me. I am now in week 2 and feeling symptom-free already.
-All prescription Medications to be tossed. Including my prevacid, motilium. And non-prescription Zantac.

No Beer or Barley based -
No Fried or processed food at all
No Spice or heavy flavors - bland as can be
Eggs are ok but if possible not chicken ones (forget which, its in the booklet)
-Almond Milk allowed, and almond yogurt allowed.
Soy is bad. Whey is bad. (will get me on a vegetarian protein for gym in a month)
-Boxed cereals usually bad - labels usually explain.
-Boiled organic oat-bran for breakfast with some cooked organic oats in almond milk one day, next day hardboiled egg with a bit of whole grain toast

-avoid quinoa
-avoid garlic
-avoid vinegary sauces and dressings
-avoid creamy sauces and dressings
-stay away from 99% of restaurants because of MSG
If I must have gluten during the recovery month then, Only Whole grain bread, preferably toasted lightly
-Sweet potato emphasized, regular potato acceptable, short grain brown rice acceptable
-Some fish (forget which types)
-Lean chicken allowed and pork allowed
-Fat to be gotten from olive oil and after treatment, a bit of of pork, duck or chicken fat allowed to be reintroduced

-only Condiments - mustard or a bit of dijjon mustard is allowed, NO ketchup
-NO mayo during treatment month
-easy on beans, chickpeas very little, re-introduce later
And said to stay away from supplements found in pharmacies. They have lots of fillers and additives.
He also looked at all my supplements, and said Natural Factors Supplements is about the only mainstream brand that is acceptable and to throw every other one I got from shoppers drug mart and rexall in the garbage.
To try to get to bed at 10:30, and before 11.
Said symptoms will be a bit aggravated for the first week of treatment, especially if i stray off the course of the diet, and to NOT over eat. Keep the meals small. And can lose some weight. Its a heavy treatment.
DO NOT EVER CONSUME WHEY - VERY BAD FOR HUMANS!
