Hi
If its GERD, then PPI should of made a little difference, what ppi and duration dose did you try? Some
ppi just don't work and try another till one does, have you tried H2 antagonist?
Its quite possible you have GERD, you performed every test but did you do a PH test?
What i would try is also talk to your doctors about
possibility of visceral hypersensitivity of the osophagus(although sounds unlikely, its possible for few unlucky soles) and might be worth discussion doing a course of TCA (Tricyclic antidepressants) or SSRI( selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors), these in lower dosages work as nerve pain moderators, there are few others you could try but discuss with your doctor about
such an avenue.
have you also investigates food allergies, there are various medication and blockers you can take for them but might be worth mentioning these to your doctor.
The nanometre test should of picked up irregularities in the osophagus. Any possibility of stress is aggravating or contributing to your symptoms?
good luck and hope you feel better soon?
