What you need to do is stop eating processed foods.
I'm on a no grain diet. I eat vegetables, almonds and rarely fruits. I consume cultured cabbage juice but you can start making your own culture yogurt if that doesn't bother you. To learn how to make culture yogurt do a search on cultured yogurt you will find plenty of info, don't do the supplement for consuming friendly bacteria they are not as good.

You should try doing this. Find a quiet place, drink some water before doing this. Now what I am teaching you is what it called chi power. It's a breathing technique but you can control your body. Breath in slowly in through your nose, try not to move your stomache, you should feel the air go beyond your lung right up to between your belly button and bladder. Hold as long as you can comfortably then breath out. Breath normally and do this again. Try to do it as least 10 times a day and work your way up to 30 times a day.

Avoid all caffine, spicies etc. If you have stomache pain massage your stomache clockwise slowly.

try HCI with pepsin for digestion it works great. If you're used to eating grains and have high blood pressure and/or cholesterol this will help a lot when you stop consuming them.

As for your depression/anxiety the diet will help a lot. Too much sugars etc makes things worse. Chocolate makes me very moody and mad.

I've been through a lot too. My father's business went bankrupt while I got a lot of creditors bothering me. I got blamed for a lot of things. My father was abusive to me and I had two guys go after with an axe. I worked in a store where I was scared for my life because stores were getting robbed more than 6 times a year.

I think what you need to do is look back at the events or problems that bothered you. I suggest you write down what you're thinking. Now what you need to do is what did I learn from this and how can I use it to the positive. That's the only way I got over the events that happened to me. Also instead of saying to yourself, "I'm stressed out" you could say I'm annoyed or this is out of the ordinary. This takes work and I still work on it. Like anything else it takes time and patience. Try not to look at things as problem but as challenges. You say you're a substitute teacher, why not make the class fun. Sure they will be times to be serious but it's also nice to have fun with the students. One way I guess is having a short joke making contest or something like that. When I worked at the store I joked around a lot most of the time people liked it and they kept on coming back. It made my day much better and not as stressful. Find something you can enjoy, maybe it's reading, maybe it's working out. I enjoy helping people when I can, it make me feel good.

Diet is the most important for stress, people who drink a lot of junk and eat processed foods will be more stressful.


this will help you alot if you have an open mind. It basically teaches you about human suffering and how to deal with it. I find it very relaxing studying buddism it's not only a religion but teaches how to live life to the fullest.

Anyways good look and that medication doesnt solve all problems not some of them.
