Hi gloopstar,
What kind of work do you do please? The reason I ask is I sit at a desk all day and that really messes with my stomach and my wrap. Whenever I take time off work, or take a different role that involves more walking or standing, things seem much better.
Even this week I was at my desk for 9 hours a day rather than 7.5 and I can feel the difference.
Just a thought - you can see I'm no expert.
