My stomach has been hurting

I had my N.F. On Jan. 15 th, 2015 . I got the Flu on Thursday , and talk about being sick. Man oh man coughing sneezing chills fever and had it in my chest .I think I pulled something from sneezing.Now I know to hold my self.little to late but now my stomach hurts you know where the incision by my navel. You don't think I did any harm do you?

I'd call today they will contact me tomorrow.
