Bounder80 you hit the nail on the head. I've experienced the same thing. I believe I have a HH and GERD, and it triggers all sorts of adrenaline rushes, palps, taste of acid, blood pressure surges, etc. I've found that eating small, frequent, clean, and healthy meals goes a long way to help. Just recently I found that if I feel it coming on, I'll do certain things, and the relief comes within minutes. I can get all the symptoms to go away within 15 minutes (adrenaline, anxiety, palps, pressure, etc) if I pop an anti-gas chewable, burp a few times, and do certain physical movements to get my HH back in position. But the biggest thing for me is avoiding fatty foods and spicy foods. If I eat clean, there are no episodes to worry about and I'm in good shape for the day and night. If I eat oily, fatty food, I know I have a night of adrenaline rushes (anxiety), heart palps, facial flushes, and restless sleep coming. In fact, I had every symptom described here about 40 minutes ago due to a poor choice of meals, and it all went away within 10-15 minutes of doing my bag of tricks. I feel great right now, actually. And ever since I started the healthy/clean eating thing, I've lost a steady 2-3 lbs a week.
