Pressure feeling at base of throat by clavicle

Have had gerd for years and manage it with protonix and trying to pick the right foods. 68 years old and now have something new I think that is gerd related. I have a feeling of pressure at the base of by throat in the front down low where my collar bone makes a V in the middle. I can swallow fine but seems like they is a glob of something there like mucus or something. I do have some sinus draining but I have never had this feeling before. What is odd is I have been doing pretty good with the gerd. Actually I went off the medication and am managing it by eating low acid foods. Getting a little concerned as this is a new feeling for me. Anyone else have this? Anyone have any thoughts on what it may be? Thanks for any responses.
