Endostim article

I noticed a couple articles on the EndoStim for anyone interested.

The first one says the EndoStim is going to be available in Mexico:

Then this one says the long term 3 year study is going well:

I hope this means it's getting closer to being available in the U.S., but I suppose we'll be the last place to get it thanks to the cost of FDA approval. I hope Canada gets it at some point. That would be in driving distance for me.

There's an interesting development regarding the Endostim.

They're launching their second generation version of the EndoStim for treating GERD. It looks similar to the original version, but they say it's 40% smaller and will now allow 3 Telsa MRI's, while the original only allowed 1.5 Tesla MRI's.

Initially it will only be available in Europe, but I have to think this means they are getting closer to doing a U.S. clinical trial.
