Pain in left shoulder

It is 5 weeks since NF. I had been doing great until this week. Got pain in the left shoulder. Does anyone else have this problem. Asked the doctor about it at post op and he said it would g away and if not could be another problem. Prior to surgery, I would get pains in the left shoulder going in neck lasting for a few hours and was so glad to be rid of that.

I get that pain too. I've been told its referred pain from an irritated diaghphram. I feel it in my collarbone on the left side too.
