Nexium

Hi I don't usually post here.. I post in another section but I have a question someone may be able to answer.. I normally take my nexium first thing in the morning, usually around 9 10 o'clock.. Or whenever I wake. I've got a job now where I'm getting out of bed at 440 in the morning so I'm taking the nexium earlier.. Just wondering if this would cause upset digestion, diareah, lots of gas?

It shouldn't. My GI doc says to take it 1 hour before a meal.
