Matt,
I'm sorry about all the stress you're under. It sounds like you're a good son helping his mother through a terrible time. I'm much older than you are but both my parents, now long gone, we're deaf and so I know first-hand how it is being called upon to make phone calls, drive to appointments, interpret etc and generally be the connection between beloved parent and the world. It's can be very, very difficult and once in a while the pressure mounts and fatigue gets the best of you, you can blow up. I hope your mother realizes this and can put it into context with all the things you do for her. As vulnerable as she is right now, so are you! Are there resources you can find to help her? There was a Deaf Club and a few social and church groups my parents were able to find that provided them with social contacts that helped them connect while relieving me of some of the burden. It isn't easy but the help they provided was invaluable.
Yes, try to see your doctor as soon as you can and take whatever help s/he can provide you. And forgive yourself for losing your cool. You can only do so much and it sounds like you've been carrying a very heavy load for too long. You sound like a wonderful person and a caring one. You have to take are of yourself.
