Hi Jenni,
Generally, the only place the pH is high like that is in the small intestine. Most likely the thing has fallen off. Alternatively, you could have some condition where you are refluxing intestinal contents into your esophagus.
How low does the reading go, or did it go initially? 7 is neutral. Your stomach is filled with hydrochloric acid, which is strongly acid, pH 0 to 1.
When I had the Bravo, mine read 1 or even zero for the first day. Then it suddenly had high readings like yours. Mine had fallen off too. The reporting doctor said I would have to have the test repeated and said the results were not reportable. I had kept a written record every hour, and even though that supposedly didn't count, since I had a large paraesophageal hiatal hernia, my surgeon said I didn't need to do it over because it wasn't going to get better by itself.
There is at least some recording done by the machine on your belt. Ask to see it. If you even had one day maybe that will be enough so you don't have to have a re-do.
The Bravo is pinned, literally, to your esophagus with a sort of short nail that is pushed through the wall of the throat. After a few days the pin is supposed to rip through the tissue and the pill falls off and is swallowed. It's placed down so low you don't notice when you swallow it, but it feels like it's still there because of the torn tissue.
They will do an x-ray when you go in, although you might have to demand one. That will show where the pill is.
A few people have the pill hang on past a week or so and have to have it removed, but that's unusual.
Best wishes!
