Im 37 y/o, 110 lbs and I've had abdominal pain for months, was prescribe Rabeprazole once a day for 4wks (pain went away slowly after 3 1/2 wks) but now i have acid reflux (sore throat, feel sick after eating)
Some of the remedies I've used (might or might not work for you)
1. Aloe Vera juice - taken regularly may help to reduce inflammation
2. Probiotic
3. No coffee, sugar, soda, refined and processed food
4. Everyday vegetable juice: Cabbage, carrots and apple ( i prefer ambrosia, more juicier)
5: Try to eat 5-6 meals a day
6: Don't eat 3-4 hrs before you go to sleep
7: Walk/ Exercise/ Yoga/ Meditate
8: Drink camomile and/ or ginger tea, not too hot as this can irritate your stomach (this has helped me A LOT)
9: Try to relax when eating and don't eat when your stress
10: I have tbsp of manuka honey 20mins before a meal
I have anxiety as l and i notice this doesn't help especially when were having ingstomach issue. Try to go for walk after having a meal and massage your stomach in morning and night, read a book, listen to soothing music.
