I tried it the liquid. I couldn't take the taste. So I tried the pills, and they still gave me a weird/bad taste in my mouth that lingered.
However, I was able to do aloe vera juice straight, and a lot of people say they can't take the taste of that. Keep trying until you find something that works for you.
OT - This is my first post although I've been reading for the last few months. Will do a introductory post soon. Thanks for all the information here! It's been priceless.
