Well, I had a Nissen fundoplication last August which was one of the best things I ever did. No Gerd since (which I have had for 30 years). I had my first endoscopy since the surgery this week. They found low grade dysplasia and ulcers. I am back on Prilosec for three months and have a follow-up endoscopy in August. The doctor is suggesting I consider radio frequency ablation to remove the Barrett's esophagus.
Has anyone had this procedure or know anything about it?
