Hi all
I had a full fundoplication in june 2015 and had it took down to a partial wrap 4 weeks ago due to problems with a full fundoplication

Since then i have had constant burning in throat nose and even my eyes. Im probably going to need to go back to a full wrap

Can anyone tell me if this can be done and if so how long after do i have to wait before i can have surgery

Im in a bad way with the burning

I was getting sugar level problems. Hypoglycaemia

you need to give it time to heal, I pretty sure you have a lot of anxiety...that's not to say your symptoms are not real I know they are. remember they went back in you stomach, its a major surgery, so to go back a third time it get more dangerous so be careful. Many verves around that area that can get damaged

I think they have allready damaged my vagus nerve the 1st time round to be honest

Dazza what makes you think you have nerve damage, is your heart racing, and can you have a bowl movement?

I feel spaced out after eating
My energy levels are gone. My bowel movements are ok now but i did have constant diarrhoea

Do you know symptoms of nerve damage please

Vagus nerve damage has a variety of symptoms but if your heart is not racing, if you can sleep at night and your having bowl movements then i think your ok, its just the healing process. Believe me if you had vagus nerve damage your heart would be pounding, it sucks, so just give it time to heal

What would the blood pressure be do you know (bpm) when sitting if there was vagus nerve damage would it be high all the time if so what would you call high ?

sorry for all the questions I'm just worried but can't get help anywhere
