I had Nissen Fundoplication 10th December 2015. When i was working out i could hear something pop and then days after i could feel like acid coming more up through the wrap. My surgeon said it was no big deal and i could still work out and it might go away within months. So i resumed my workout with low intensity and i could feel my wrap like never before.
One day i was eating and then i got pain around the wrap area. The day after i got a strong heartburn and now the acid even came more up the following days.
Today, i had my endoscopy done, and one of the doctors said it seemed fine, but he will talk with the surgeon.
I actually talked with a man, who said that despite of an endoscopy, 24 hour acid test and a barium test that showed nothing. His wrap had still slipped, they found out when they
opened him up for a redo. Has anyone had similar experiences?
