Burning sore dry throat 4 months post op

Hi. I had the full nissen 4 months ago. I have recovered really well from the operation . No more bloating flatulence has subsided. However i find that my food gets stuck later on in the day. It tends to get stuck in my throat area. I am also suffering from a servere painful throat. I am still on the meds as i believe l am still refluxing. I have also developed a hoarse voice. Sometimes i lose my voice altogether. Is it too soon to tell if it has worked. I believe that the wrap is too loose. Thanks in advance
