For what it's worth, whenever I have a bad run of GERD, I'll get PVCs that result in bigeminy (skipped beat every beat) until I pop an antacid or have some cold water. Mine go away with burping, antacids, or antigas chewables. Well, when I say go away, I actually average a PVC every 15 beats, which my cardiologist says is normal. With the bigeminy, my heart rate will be low because of the skipped beats, then it will pop back to normal. I have no adverse affects or symptoms. And I've had the PVCs for 35 years.
