99% of your problem is your anxiety , just read your post again yourself , you don't know what you have but you have mixed opinions in your mind and you throwing it blindly . stop everything right now i can provide you a plan for 3-4 days meal and life style plan . i think it will put a break to your problem
1)when you wake up sit straight and and inhale your breath through your mouth and slowly release from your nose (do this 21 times)
2)drink half cold water + half normal water first after your brush
3)start your break fast with 4 cocumbers and after one hour have an oat meal with no mxings
4)before you bath apply coconut oil to your body , take a break if you work for 3 days
5)have your lunch with plenty of vegetables like broccoli,cauliflower and have a nice sleep
6)listen music according to me music will cure 90% of your problem . listen smooth and relaxing music which already known to you ,spend alone for some days
7)try to have a walk early morning ,feel the smell of roses
8)keep cool as much as you can
9)watch some comedy shows and have leaf greeny vegetables , eat watermelon in the evening
