I went to an ENT and was diagnosed with Vocal Cord Dysfunction. I suffer from LPR/Acid Refulx which prompted my visit.
Symptoms = shortness of breathe, feeling like not getting enough air, throat closing up, lump in throat

Feel like this could apply to a lot of the issues you all are having.

In March of this year. I had a Nissen Fundoplication and so far so good. I haven't felt reflux, heartburn or symptoms that comw with Acid but since June 28th. When, I was cutting up my old carpet there was dust and stuff, I noticed. I started getting Shortness of breath(occassional gasping) which started out really bad but it went away in August and then came back mild on and off since September. What could this be? Could an admin help me out please.
