Hi everyone
I am desperate to have my GERD fixed so that I don't have to take the PPIs. I've had a bone cancer when I was a child and the fact that PPI can furthur increase the risk for bone fracture have led me to find other available methods to avoid taking PPI.
I have searched everywhere in this forum for the story of Stretta yet it seems like it is really hard to find one.
In my program (pharmaceutical science) of study, we are taught to rely heavily on research articles and trials when it comes down to validating the effectiveness and safety of medication.
With the access to the PubMed (free as a student), I have read articles, presentations, and journals about Stretta and I am getting all good evidences so far.
However, to make it certain, I wish to hear from the members of the forum who actually had the Stretta done.
If anyone had done the Stretta before, could you please share your story, whether it was a failure or a success?
Thanks!!
