+1 what Alice stated. I struggle daily with some nausea, some time its bad, others not so much. I have Zofran. I keep it with me, but seldom need it. when a wave hits, I relax, breath, and it passes. this unfortunately is my new normal. its been over 2 years. this operation, can leave you, with some unpleasant side effects. which can be different, for everybody. but I don't think, many of us walk away clean, my hernia was large, and impacted a lung, and a heart chamber [ fortunately heart is good]. but a byproduct for me, was esophageal spasms. I have to live with. so some good. some not so good. I have triggers I have identified. so I try to be carful. I was scoped, barium swallows. so the cause and effect, I live with. do what you need. and do your best, to endure. good luck. [no easy answers]
