I have the gerd condition for awhile already. I am not sure how much water I should be drinking to help with it. Does anyone know how much water to drink if you have acid reflux though. Any advice would be nice. Thanks.

For me, water makes my reflux worse. Maybe try aloe juice?

On an empty stomach I can drink lotsa of water,if I eat and drink water I keep belching and want to throw up.
